Behind the scenes at the Chicago Air Show
I would like to thank Terry of Aviation Professionals (API) for inviting me to this behind the scenes (and NO fence) look at the Chicago Air Show. He will be opening soon at the Gary-Chicago airport!

| Fat Albert of the Blue Angels, I missed a great shot of this plane doing a Jet Assisted Takeoff (nearly STRAIGHT UP) because my camera ran out of batteries :( | actually the last picture I got on this day... | this was taken after the Tomcat pilot pysched the crowd out by putting his gear down to land and then taking off again with gear down. Very exciting (and VERY noisy)! He was having a LOT of fun up there. |
