In consideration of a donation of $__________by the new owner, to the
SHIBA RESCUE or member releasing the dog this dog described above is hereby transferred
and relinquished from control by the member named above. It is agreed and understood
that this dog is being acquired as a pet and companion and that it will neither
be continuously tied nor allowed to run loose. It shall occupy a suitable fenced
area adjacent to the home of the person acquiring the dog. IT IS FURTHER AGREED
THAT THIS DOG WILL NOT BE SOLD, GIVEN AWAY, DESTROYED OR OTHERWISE DISPOSED OF,
WITHOUT FIRST NOTIFYING THE SHIBA RESCUE OR (name of member)______________________________________
GIVING THEM FIRST OPTION TO OBTAIN THE DOG. Nor, will it be bred in any circumstance.
The new owner understands and agrees that the evaluation above is for information
purposes only and that the dog is placed under his/her control with no guarantee
or warranty of any kind. The new owner agrees to release and hold harmless the
Shiba Rescue, its officers, directors and members from any and all liability
or responsibility in connection with this dog.
